Your satisfaction is what we strive for. We offer a comprehensive return policy to you. Before you want to return goods, please contact us first the problem you are discussing with. Most of the time, we can solve the problem by solving technical support and you do not need to send back anything. If it is not repairable defects with the goods, you can return them to us for repair or replacement.

Exchange
Non-quality problems
In 14 days (received from the date products were received), if you choose the products you will meet, not in terms of color or size, it may be returned and replaced under the following conditions. You must return the products in original packaging (you will pay the shipping cost). The products should not be used (except Tryout). If we get the products returned intactly, we will replace them with new ones and ship them back to you. The shipping cost for the replaced products we should ship to you also should be billed by you. First before sending the items for exchange, please return the supplymentary shipping cost for turning the replaced items from us. Once the payment is completed, we will replace the items sent by you.

Quality problems
In 14 days (from the date products were received), if you find the products with quality problems (non-human factors or non-resistant external damage), they can be returned and exchanged. You must return the products in original packaging (you will pay the shipping cost). If we get the products returned intactly, we will replace them with new ones and send them back to you again. We will pay the shipping cost for the replaced products we ship to you.
(Note: Our quality control is professional, which provide a final assessment of whether the quality problems are caused by personal factors or non-resistant external damage. The purchased products will not be repaired, replaced or returned free of charge if its quality problems are human factors or preventable Damages.)

Return and partial refund
Our website can not give a full refund for non-quality problems such as: "The product does not look like the one in your picture."
"The product is not what I imagine it to be.
"Product has been damaged.
"Is not the same size and description.

In 7 days (from the date products were received), if the above reasons, we will refund or replace the product! You can choose!

The responsibility of the buyer:

If you receive a product you do not like or the size is incorrect (of course, if it is the buyer error), please contact us, we will charge 35% of the cost amount, the buyer must return products (including 35% of the transportation cost) Buyer can request a replacement product and a refund: 65%, we need your refund in the product, we can send your order again!
